Our Vindaloo is one of the most popular Indian dishes served at Schiro’s Cafe. Served with your choice of chicken, lamb or shrimp (Mild or Hot) and cooked in a South India sauce with a tomato base, sauteed in olive oil, fresh ginger and garlic, onions, and five Indian spices. Absolutely delicious.
